How to request deletion
- Email contact@zoome.co.jp with the subject “ambient data deletion request”. You can send your request in English or Japanese.
- Tell us whether you want support inquiries or Premium purchase records under our control or both deleted. Include the app edition you used such as Galaxy Store or Google Play or Apple App Store.
- For an anonymous support inquiry include its approximate submission date and topic. For a purchase request include the approximate purchase date and store order ID if available. Do not send passwords or support session tokens or full payment card numbers.
Verification and response
Before acting on a request we may ask for additional information to verify that the data belongs to you. We will reply with the result and explain any data that must be retained under applicable law.
Support inquiries
After verification we delete matching messages and answers and administrator replies on our Form Concierge service unless the law requires retention. This includes the IP address and user agent and device details stored with those submissions.
We also remove the associated anonymous support account when it is no longer needed for other inquiries.
Store records
Samsung Galaxy Store and Google Play and Apple App Store control their own billing and transaction records. A request to us does not delete those records or a store account. Contact the relevant store about its deletion options.
Retention
ambient removes on-device inquiry history older than three calendar months when inquiry history is loaded. The anonymous support credential may remain on the device so replies can be retrieved.
Server-side support submissions and related information have no automatic deletion date. They remain until we delete them including after an applicable verified request and subject to legal retention duties.
Purchase and entitlement records remain as needed to provide access and meet legal obligations. Stores and RevenueCat apply their own retention rules. Uninstalling ambient does not request deletion of server-side data.
